Deposita, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Client Implementation Readiness Specialist. The Client Implementation Readiness Specialist is an effective liaison between Client and internal Deposita departments to support successful implementation of Deposita programs and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete all readiness activities to ensure client readiness for implementation of Deposita programs and tools

Guide and consult clients through their implementation timeline activities

Provide detailed explanations and training to clients on how to use our platform for a seamless Implementation

Collaborate with Implementation Team necessary to ensure all client needs are met and to optimize the client experience

Communicate, coordinate, and verify efforts with key cross functional stakeholders associated with noted activities to include internal program Implementation Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year of implementation or onboarding experience

Knowledge of and experience with customer service and relations

Proven experience with personnel supervision and management

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

Highly organized and able to keep on track with required information needed at all times

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Ability to work in a very independent environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write manuals, review and respond to written requests for proposals, training documents, and prepare extensive presentations

Highly proficient and fully functional in Microsoft programs such as Word and PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to use good independent judgment and discretion

Willingness and ability to travel as well as work extended hours to meet business objectives

Able to manage multiple demands for priority in a dynamic work environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

College degree in Business Management/AdministrationBENEFITS:

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days

Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
