　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs part of this role, you will have the responsibility of handling REAL ID product issues, which involves investigating, reviewing, determining, and correcting any issues that may arise. You will provide immediate support to the drivers license field staff regarding REAL ID queries and necessary fixes. Additionally, you will review identity and residency documents, such as birth certificates, passports, and immigration documents, to ensure compliance with department guidelines. This includes verifying the validity, appropriate certification, and meeting any special acceptance or requirements before approving them for the REAL ID program.
