  DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Clerical Assistant 2, you will answer, log, and refer calls using Bureau of Community Health Systems and Department of Health (DOH) policies and procedures and knowledge of agency, local government, community, and commonwealth programs to provide information and referral on DOH programs to the public.

  You will also provide clerical support to professional staff, maintain, and distribute State Health Center communications, submit case reports, and maintain information in the Statewide Immunization Information System database using DOH guidelines.
