What You Will Do :
As a Technical RPA Lead Developer, you will provide technical direction on design considerations, analyze solution performance, utilization and trends to identify areas for improvement, and provide technical troubleshooting guidance to the team on post-production issues.
Support National Security clients as an RPA Lead Developer, automating platform components, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet business requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Belong to the diverse, talented, and collaborative Homeland Security & Law Enforcement team.
What You Will Need :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
Five (5) years of experience in data or robotics work
Bachelors Degree
Experience in End-to-end development of business processes using Blue Prism or similar RPA software with ability to develop on Windows, mainframe, web-based browsers, etc.
Experience with Python, writing API's for data integration, web application development, and MS SQL.
Knowledge of cloud solutions for data solutions and automation (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.)
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Ability to design and deliver solutions independently and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong consulting skills: identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, driving initiatives forward.
Experience supporting the Defense & Security sector.
Ability to support business development including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses involving data science / analytics.
