Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.The Worldwide Flex DP Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Flex DP Experience to join us and lead the team which will help us answer questions, like: How do you improve the experience of hundreds of thousands DPs through product, and program interventions? What innovative products, and strategies will help solve their pain points? How to substantiate those pain-points through in-depth dive deep and secure leadership alignment. This role will require working with program, and tech teams across the world to define, prioritize and deliver key enhancements to our existing processes, and products. This role will own delivering product strategy documents as well as creating product solutions working backwards from the long term vision. This role will particularly suit someone with strong product experience, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities. The role has an upside to grow to larger complexities, and to start with, the scope includes leading a team of 5 Senior Product & Program managers, each having a charter to improve DP experience.Key job responsibilities* Manage a team of program and Product managers to identify and implement projects, features, processes and systems that improve Flex DP Experience* Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.* Develop and own cross-functional 12-month roadmap, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to distill gaps and opportunities.* Deliver product design documents to resolve critical pain points of Flex DPs.* Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.* Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context* Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key operations metrics.* Own the operational performance and all metrics/KPIs for DP satisfaction with other teams in Amazon* Own performance, and career development discussions for your direct reports.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA- 5+ years of team management experience- Experience managing teams of 6 or more- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology- 10+ professional experience including large scale program management, and/or product management, and/or business consulting- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience on delivering initiatives fro
