What is your role:

Responsible for using equipment for the assembly and processing tasks to produce finished products according to established specifications. Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines. Operates production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products. Assists with set up of equipment. Assists with quality control inspections of products on assembly line. Cleans equipment as needed. Notifies supervisor of maintenance and/or repairs needed on equipment. Prepares accurate records/documentation related to work in progress. Reports production problems.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Entry support individual contributor that completes routine tasks with limited supervision, following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Provides assistance to internal teams within the Operations unit. Closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Specific tasks and job duties of the position that are required daily:

Is required to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and laws that govern their activities.

Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Conducts routine tasks for the support function of the Operations unit, and closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Develops working knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.

Adheres to standard operating procedures to complete routine tasks and team needs supporting the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.

Documents day-to-day activities and resources.

Adheres to standardized work and to the standard activity flowcharts.

Takes ownership of personal training and ensures that all required training is understood and completed on time.

Performs cleaning and disinfection activities of the production areas.

Learns process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.

Develops competency with routine activities under direct supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

An MBO-2 degree or at least 18 months’ work experience.

An A2 level in Dutch or English is required.

The level of computer proficiency is basic level for MS office.

Quality oriented and precise.

Flexible and positive.

Ability to work on a shift roster.
