Nexeo HR is currently seeking a Cleaner to join a great team in the Lehi,Utah area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned apartments and community areas while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests. Prior cleaning experience is required,and supervisor experience is a plus. If you are self-motivated,detail-oriented,and have a positive attitude,we encourage you to apply.

　　Responsibilities

　　   Perform cleaning tasks in assigned apartments,community rooms,and other designated areas. This includes dusting,sweeping,mopping,vacuuming,and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

　　   Efficiently handle multiple apartment cleanings within the allocated time frame,ensuring all tasks are completed to meet high standards of cleanliness and quality.

　　   Promptly report any issues or maintenance needs discovered while performing cleaning duties to the appropriate supervisor,ensuring that necessary actions are taken to address them in a timely manner.

　　   Provide a superior level of customer service to all residents and guests,responding to their inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

　　Qualifications

　　   Must have previous experience in a cleaning role,demonstrating knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and attention to detail. Supervisor experience is a plus.

　　   Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to various locations as required.

　　   Understand and prioritize workplace safety,adhering to safety standards,reporting any unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly,and taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe working environment.

　　   Capable of standing for long periods,lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs,and performing physically demanding tasks associated with cleaning duties.

　　Pay

　　$16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
