Benefits: Flexible andsupportive work environment Full-time, remote, in-person or hybrid workenvironments available Ideal wage, based on skills and experience:\$20.72 to \$25.91, plus robust total rewards package ResponsibilitiesProcess all pends and reports across all claim types, in the claimsprocessing system Use internal and external databases or websites toprocess claims Work all reports on a daily basis or upon receipt Obtainall information needed to adjudicate claims appropriately throughinternal and external verbal and written correspondence Responsible foradhering to the principles of continuous quality improvement to ensurethat our members receive the highest quality service Respond to CRMsassigned to the Claim Operations team within 2-business days, which mayentail contacting members or providers directly to resolve the CRMIdentify trends and opportunities for process improvements, includingchanges needed to the Claims Manual Qualifications High school diplomaor equivalency Three years of experience working in an office settingApplicants have the option to work remote, hybrid or full-time from ourMadison, WI or Onalaska, WI office. Hardware and equipment will beprovided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed,non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
