Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing budgets and dynamic forecasting activities: across cogs, MOGE, transfer prices, etc.
Performance analysis and reporting of actuals vs forecasts across costing activities; ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of this process.
Develop reports, dashboards, and support analysis in relation to performance tracking costs and savings initiatives.
Bringing ownership/accountability of the costs and drive the desired financial outcomes.
Follow up and monitor progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source.
Perform validation of savings initiatives and perform post implementation reviews.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally have a degree qualified in finance.
Demonstrated experience in accounting or costing, preferably within commercial or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in using business analysis tools and software. (i.e., Excel, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
