Description:

　　Our client is looking for one person, but they could go either way. They need either a Structural Project Manager or a Civil Project Manager (Land Development) with 7-15 years of experience to support their projects as a Project Manager within Residential and Commercial Construction or Civil/Municipal Land Development groups respectively.Responsibilities

　　Project manage multiple projects from start to finish.

　　Prepare structural analysis, design calculations, drawings and specifications for new and existing projects.

　　Projects ranging from single family homes, to commercial and industrial or Municipal civil Land Development Projects.

　　Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction monitoring, and structural inspections.

　　Collaborate with architects, and building contractors on design and construction of projects

　　Skills:

　　AutoCAD, Design, Structural engineering, Structural design, Drafting, Civil engineering, Cad, Construction document, project management, civil engineering design, land development, AutoCAD civil 3d,

　　Retaining Walls, Site Development, residential construction, commercial construction, Enercalc, Ram, Stadt, erosion, sediment control, grading

　　Qualifications:

　　Must Haves - Structural:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural or Architectural Engineering

　　• Professional experience in wood, steel, concrete and masonry design and repair

　　• Experience with AutoCAD required

　　• Experience with Structural Analysis software, Enercalc, RAM, STAAD, or similar

　　• Previous project management experience

　　• PE or ability to obtain in 6-12 months

　　Must Haves - Civil Land Development:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

　　• Professional with Municipal Land Development projects

　　• Proficiency with AutoCAD required

　　• Experience with Civil 3D

　　• Previous project management experience

　　• PE or ability to obtain in 6-12 months
