Youwill designate project resources, prepare budgets, and keep clientsupdated on progress. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Create and monitorproject scope, design schedules, budgets and contracts while providingexcellent client communication regarding any changes. Provide mentoringto entry-level project engineers on financial management, customerservices, and the client management process. Assess projects to analyzeand proactively manage risk. Delegate work to the project team, answersquestions, monitors process, and review completed work. Work onproposals and estimates. Prep billing and invoices for projects.Education and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree required. ProfessionalEngineering License for the State of Wisconsin plus 5 + years of projectmanagement experience with site development or municipal infrastructuredesign. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Effective communication skills,both written and verbal is a must. This key role collaborates withinternal team, clients, and other stakeholders.
