Setup and printweekly production sheets and product identification tags. Ensure alltanks are properly identified. Knowledge and ability to create sampleblends per provided instructions. Communicate relevant information toStuffing department leadership. Review production records for possibleerrors and take steps to correct them if observed. Knowledge ofequipment setup and teardown. Operate equipment as needed. MonitorFormulation department throughout shift. Utilize Continuous Improvementtools to troubleshoot process and manufacturing issues. Communicatetroubleshooting findings and resolutions as appropriate. Conduct End ofMonth inventory cycle counts. Ensure departmental staff are trained inproper techniques and procedures. Actively coach departmental employeesand issue disciplinary action as appropriate. Create and follow up onMaintenance Work Order requests. Investigate newtechnologies/procedures. Work with production/operations on new productdevelopment.
