We’re looking for a Cisco Renewals Analyst area to join our team.
The Cisco Renewals Analyst provides support for CompuCom’s Cisco Support & Services Contract renewals business, works closely with sales account teams to support and grow our renewals business. The Cisco Renewals Analyst acts as a point of contact for Account Sales Executives, Compucom internal teams and Customers. The Cisco Renewals Analyst provides day-to-day account interaction, quoting, order processing support and renewal/contract management services for customers.
What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Prepares and processes detailed quotes for Smart Net, Success Tracks, Subscriptions and Software Support contract renewals. Utilizes Cisco tools (CCW-R: Cisco Commerce Workspace Renewals Module, Cisco Ready Portal) to acquire renewal data, validate and create accurate support renewal quotes.
Provides Cisco order processing support for support and subscriptions renewals using internal systems and Cisco Commerce Workspace Renewals Module (CCW-R).
Handles ongoing management of customer base with support renewals administration, Contract Consolidation, Co-Termination, True-ups and other renewal/contract management functions.
Maintain knowledge of Cisco support programs, pricing model, communicate them effectively to Sales Reps, customers and apply those to deals.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
Associate degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
2+ years of related Cisco Renewals experience; industry experience preferred
Experience in renewals quoting and order processes, CCW-R, Cisco Ready Portal, working with Cisco and Distribution partners.
Knowledge and experience with Cisco support services offerings and contract renewal process.
High level understanding of Cisco products, software/subscriptions, and support pricing model.
