　　Full-time positions now available with preschool ages, at The Buerger Early Learning Center at Congregation Rodeph Shalom , located in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

　　We have a Judaic Curriculum Specialist who meets with the teachers on a regular basis and is in the classrooms weekly for Judaic lessons.

　　We celebrate Shabbat weekly with the children and clergy.

　　We close early for certain holidays (Passover, day before Yom Kippur, Rosh Hashanah) and the center is closed for other Jewish holidays (Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah).

　　Working with another Child Care Teacher in the classroom, you will:

　　Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.

　　Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

　　Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

　　Requirements:

　　Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

　　At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

　　2 years of demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool required; must be able to document

　　Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

　　Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.

　　Compensation Range: $13.10 - $15.95 /hr
