　　Position Description:

　　Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company is looking for a proven leader with excellent technical and business development skills to help Radiance expand our capabilities for Microelectronics Security, failure analysis, and anti-tamper solutions. Experience with multiple Government organizations including AMRDEC, DARPA, AFRL, and NSA desired. Flexibility is a must, as our tasks include protective technologies, failure analysis, reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, full spectrum cyber operations, and cyber tool development.

　　Required Skills:

　　Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or relevant technical field

　　Required Experience:

　　Minimum of 10 years of experience with Anti-Tamper and Protective Technologies

　　Experience with Trusted and Assured Microelectronics

　　Experience leading multiple simultaneous technical projects or tasks

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Experience working with multiple Government agencies including AMRDEC, DARPA, AFRL, and NSA

　　Experience with technology development to build and develop new cyber capabilities

　　Experience with Joint Federated Assurance Centers (JFAC)

　　Experience with Hardware-based cybersecurity and defense

　　Active Top Secret Clearance
