Chief Marketing Officer

　　As Chief Marketing Officer at Siegel+Gale, you will:

　　Play a central role in the firm's financial growth and reputation worldwide.

　　Set direction and own execution for marketing initiatives including our owned channels, global and regional thought leadership, sponsorships, partnerships, events, PR opportunities, work launches, award submissions, and outbound demand generation activities.

　　Develop marketing and communications plans, budgets, reports, resourcing plans and metrics.

　　Contribute to revenue and the financial objectives of the firm through activities and communications that drive awareness of and preference for the firm.

　　Ensure that all communications reflect the company's simplicity brand platform.

　　Manage marketing projects using a mix of global marketing staff (5-6 FTEs), third-party vendors and freelancers.

　　Monitor the business and competitive environment to identify trends, opportunities and new marketing channels and techniques.

　　Oversee lead generation programs including direct marketing and event sponsorships.

　　Cultivate relationships with executives, practice and office leads for the purpose of producing thought leadership, showcasing client work, and regional marketing activities.

　　Oversee business development reporting to the firm and Omnicom leadership.

　　Hire, develop and mentor staff.

　　Other duties may be assigned.

　　You're a great fit for this position if you have:

　　15+ years of relevant experience at one or more professional services firms.

　　A desire to be a part of the firm's leadership and put into action strategies that drive the growth of the world's top branding consultancies.

　　Passion for branding and our position as the simplicity company.

　　Experience developing and managing global, regional and cross-functional marketing programs.

　　Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

　　The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $250,000 plus incentives based on performance.
