Kforce's client, a growing regional CPA firm in Fairfield, NJ, is seeking Quality Control Manager. This role can be hybrid - 3 to 4 days a week in the office.Responsibilities include:

　　Performing engagement quality control reviews for audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements of non-public entities in various industries

　　Develop and present continuing professional education seminars on recent accounting and auditing topics for both internal training and external audiences

　　7 years of public accounting audit or quality control experience

　　Prior experience performing audits, reviews and compilations

　　Well-versed in US GAAP, US GAAS, SSARS and able to perform research regarding professional standards and other regulations affecting a CPA firm

　　Previous experience as a quality control reviewer preferred but not required

　　Experience with construction, not for profit-single audit, and employee benefit plans a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
