Our client, a prestigious software development company, is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in NYC. Key responsibilities include supporting the recruiting process for their engineering hires in terms of organizing all facets of a candidate's interview process, managing interviewer training programs through capacity planings, and working with recruiters and other recruiting coordinators to improve processes and current practices. You will be supporting both sourcers and recruiters. The ideal candidate ideally has experience doing recruitment coordination in the tech industry. 　　The hourly rate for this role is between $28-34/hr.
