　　You will report to the Executive Chef at your Park or Resort.Your recipe for success:

　　Ensure that safety and sanitation levels are upheld following all regulations

　　Human relations expertise and motivational ability

　　Develop and nurture partnerships with the front of the house team and strategic partners to provide a seamless Guest Experience

　　You will lead, influence, and encourage others

　　Identify and procure superior products in the development of quality menu items

　　Essential ingredients:

　　Minimum 5 years Culinary experience

　　Minimum 3 years as Chef or Chef de Cuisine

　　Experience in the area of food and labor costs

　　Experience coaching, leading, and inspiring diverse Cast

　　Experience using cooking skills in the creation of menus that meet the dietary needs and trends of Guests

　　High school degree or equivalent

　　It would be great if you also had:

　　Previous experience in table service and quick service restaurants

　　Knowledgeable of industry trends and practical business applications

　　Experience as a Chef (Leader of Leaders)

　　Multi-lingual

　　Associates/Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.
