  Otis développe son activité et recherche un chef des ventes Service (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Toulouse.

  Votre priorité est de faire réussir les membres de son équipe sur les objectifs commerciaux de l’année en étant le garant de l’application de la politique commerciale. Vous mettrez tout en œuvre pour rendre un service optimum au client dans le respect des règles et des politiques de l’entreprise.

  Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

  Faire croître l’activité service avec des clients fidèles et nombreux (Rencontredes clients,Organisation des manifestations clients...)

  Organiser l’activité commerciale de votre équipeenaccord avec votre hiérarchie (Anticiper, préparer et vérifier l’activité de chaquemembre de l’équipe, Organiser le recouvrement...)

  Créer le potentiel nécessaire à l’atteinte des objectifs par ses équipes (Déterminer le coefficient : volume de portefeuilleactif / objectif annuel, Valider la qualification du portefeuille actif, Consolider les anticipations réalisées avec les IC etles communiquer à la DCF)

  Développer les compétences professionnelles desmembres de votre équipe (Participer au recrutement des IC et des assistantes, Accompagner des IC en clientèle, Assurer des formations.)

  Conduire le projet commercial sur son périmètre

  Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac + 5 en commerce ou expérience équivalente

  Une première expérience en management est exigée

  Une première expérience significative en gestion de portefeuille clients sera appréciée

  Organisé(e) et autonome, vous avez le goût du challenge

  Votre écoute client, votre sens de l’équipe et votre excellence opérationnelle feront la différence

  Vous disposez d’une très bonne communication et d’un bon relationnel
