　　We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER – DC Fast Chargers

　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　This position is located at BorgWarner’s Italy engineering office in Imola (BO)

　　The project manager will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project for the DC Fast Chargers product. It’s their job to make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

　　KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Ensuring project deadlines are met.

　　Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

　　Manages conflict

　　Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

　　Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills

　　Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

　　Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

　　Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

　　Preferable MS in Electrical, Electronics

　　5+ years’ experience in engineering

　　Product and process launch experience strongly preferred

　　Demonstrated team leadership experience and training

　　Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills to interface with all levels BorgWarner, external customers, and suppliers

　　Languages: English

　　Proficient in computer skills for industry standard word processing, spreadsheet, intranet, and PLM software

　　Travel requirements depend upon Program assignment(s)
