　　Welcome to the DataHubs & Activation team

　　You will work in our DataHubs & Activation team, which is part of Group IT, where you will have a broad mandate while you get the support you need to feel comfortable in the work and the organization. Most of our everyday work is done in cross-functional, mostly self-governing product teams with our customers in focus.

　　As our Configit Specialist, you will engage with our sophisticated product configuration system built on the Configit ACE platform. This system is integral to our data-driven approach, especially in the development of hearing aid technologies.

　　Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

　　ensure the product configurator operates smoothly, manage timely system upgrades, and provide efficient resolution to technical issues

　　assist with product configuration tasks and inquiries within the product configurator system

　　work collaboratively with various departmental teams to effectively address and solve technical challenges

　　Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Configit ACE developments and best practices

　　Among other things, you will work with the following technologies: Azure Cloud Services, Configit ACE, Navision, Salesforce CPQ, OMS, Rest APIs and knowledge of Agile Processes (Scrum).

　　We believe that you are a person with an interest in product configuration area technologies. You are tech-savvy and have good analytical skills. You are curious and passionate about data and data-driven change. Furthermore, we believe you are flexible and eager to take on various tasks in different configuration areas.

　　To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

　　have good communicative skills (English, in speech and writing)

　　have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a product configuration environment

　　have a strong technical background with a clear understanding of software operations, especially concerning system upgrades and maintenance

　　have experience within modeling in Configit ACE being an advantage for this position, however, not a mandatory requirement

　　have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

　　have effective communication and collaboration skill

　　show a proactive and holistic approach contributing positively to the team atmosphere

　　have a strong sense of logic and are never afraid of challenging processes to achieve the utmost efficiency
