　　$15,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced RNs and LPNs

　　Must have one year of RN/LPN experience

　　Must accept at least a 30-hour-per-week position.

　　Current MaineGeneral employees are ineligible; former MaineGeneral employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months of separation from employment.

　　Role: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

　　What You'll Do:

　　Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.

　　Determines staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, staff abilities, census, and patient acuity.

　　Provides direct patient care.

　　Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.

　　Responds to complaints about patient care and related services, and manage through established channels.

　　Performs responsibility of the underlying job, including entering orders, performing admissions or discharges, and coordinating transfers.

　　Ensures staff has the necessary equipment and supplies to provide safe and effective patient care.

　　Your Qualifications:

　　Possess a current State of Maine RN or LPN license or the ability to obtain one promptly

　　Demonstrate the ability to seek out resources independently and work collaboratively within a team

　　Previous RN experience, preferred

　　Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for this role.
