Summary
Enable excellent supply services to our clinical partners in Interventional Radiology, ensuring the Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Place and Right Time by proactively managing the supply chain flow of assigned product categories and information from procurement through distribution.

Responsibilities*
Maintains accurate records of Interventional Radiology supplies on hand and on order primarily utilizing the Q-Sight and PeopleSoft/Syft.
Interface with supplier representatives on such matters as consignment levels, invoice accuracy and device returns.
Conduct Cycle Counts as needed within in procedure and stock rooms.
Assist with maintaining database integrity.
Initiate required action of stock replenishment.
Put up and rotate stock, remove expired items and identify / tag items with short expiration.
Reconcile discrepancies in Inventory including consignment.
Notifies supervisor of irregularities and determine corrective action.
Assist faculty and staff with questions regarding inventory locations, lot numbers and expiration dates.
Answer inquiries regarding the use of bar code scanning, ensuring encounter accuracy.
Check in, receive, and put away stock.
Reconcile discrepancies with vendors.
Create and follow up on Purchase Orders.
Track backorders and effectively communicate pertinent information to clinical partners.
Required Qualifications*
High School or GED diploma required.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork and creative energy; excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office with proven excel spreadsheet skills.
Desired Qualifications*
Degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Supply Chain educational background is preferred.
3 Years of experience in Supply Chain Industry.
Demonstrated experience with cycle counting audit process.
Experience working with clinical personnel and medical products.
Demonstrated proficiency with the supply management application QSight.
Demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodology and tools.
Knowledge of supply and equipment types maintained within the Interventional Radiology industry.
Work Schedule
Appointment: 1 FTE / 40 hours
Shift/Hours/Days: Monday - Friday day shift position 6:00am to 2:30pm (negotiable)
