Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in the information security and information technology space. • Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and ensure mutual success. • Stay up to date on product pricing, new products, special incentives (spiffs), and other relevant data. • Provide timely and accurate information to the sales team to support their efforts. • Assist with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring all requested data is fulfilled. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for comprehensive RFP responses. • Work proficiently in Salesforce to capture channel sales data. • Manipulate data within Salesforce to facilitate the tracking of channel performance. • Collaborate with the Channel Director to track channel performance metrics. • Analyze data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement. • Support the Channel Director in developing future channel marketing strategies. • Provide input based on data analysis and partner feedback. • Assess client and partner challenges and priorities to tailor channel strategies accordingly. • Work with the Channel Director on implementing and modifying existing channel marketing strategies. Ensure strategies align with client needs and industry trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in channel marketing, sales, or operations, preferably within the information security or information technology industry. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, pricing, and market trends. • Proficient in Salesforce and data manipulation for reporting purposes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, DirectDefense provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year with an annual bonus.
