  Marketing Specialist

  Job Description:

  The primary function of this position is creating business reporting and data analysis to assist in commercializing sales and marketing programs across channels. Lead process improvement for our Promotional, New Product, and Special Execution Processing Procedures. Processing and tracking Special Execution promotional activities.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Business reporting and data analysis to assist in commercializing sales and marketing programs across channels.

  Perform a variety of statistical and promotional assignments, including promotional spend validation, auditing, tracking progress, order compiling, and reporting results.

  Create and provide reports for business needs as requested

  Lead process improvement for our Promotional, New Product, and Special Execution Processing Procedures.

  Utilize PowerBI & PowerApps to create efficiencies in reporting and processes.

  Manage Excess & Obsolete commercial executions.

  Work with channel/finance to help create & implement channel/customer specific programs.

  Processing & managing redemptions of channel marketing promotional programs

  Represent Milwaukee® to distributors & distributor reps via promotional inboxes & address issues that may arise with suggested solutions.

  Monitor & maintain promotional email inboxes.

  Audit redemption submissions.

  Report high level spend, results, redemption, & denial levels.

  Submit approved redemptions through the proper approval process.

  Work independently on data management for promotions.

  Create credit memos.

  Department expert on processing special execution promotional and program activities.

  Assist in promotional credit processing.

  Work Independently with Customer Service to aid in the processing and execution of promotional programs.

  Education and Experience:

  Requires a Bachelor’s degree in one of these focuses. Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Business.

  Minimum 1 years experience in finance, operations, and/or marketing.

  High level of professionalism

  Sound analytical skills and acute attention to detail.

  Attention to detail, organization, time management, and project management skills

  Ability to communicate across different groups to drive results in current and future projects.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of PowerBI and PowerApp.
