Change Management Resource
This role of Change Manager Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
Position Summary / Job Description:
The areas of focus for the Delivery Lead role includes support of engineering teams under the Service Request Fulfillment (SRF) umbrella. Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ITIL change management. In this role the candidate will act as a gateway between engineering teams and application owners by managing a high volume of changes from creation to closure within ITSM Remedy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other internal/external Bank teams such as Operations, Engineering, and Requestors on core design requirements/standards and impact assessment
• Maintain accurate records of requests and communications by utilizing the Bank’s systems of record
• Communicate the status and progress to the customer daily via the Bank’s systems of record and respond to requests from customers in a timely manner
• Adhere to Bank processes, such as representing the change in Change Committee meetings & Design Review sessions
• Create, modify, and represent appropriate change records as required prior to implementing or hand-off
• Deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies.
• Act as a consultant on a range of technologies where he or she is a subject matter expert.
• Follow reference models, blueprints, and playbooks to ensure the design is compliant.
Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience working in Change Management space
• Change management experience – ITSM experience preferred
• Foundational knowledge of ITIL processes
• Leadership: Self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative
• Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Microsoft Excel & Power Point experience
• Demonstrated ability to reduce process complexities
• Organized and detail oriented
