This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of therefrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment andadhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders andfill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.Must be willing to use math as needed to make work relatedcomputations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.Must be willing to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and movingthroughout the facility for a period of 12 hours.Must be willing to work in temperatures ranging from about -10Fthrough about 110F occasionally.Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.Other Duties: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electricpallet moving equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairson Industrial Refrigeration systems. Perform preventive maintenanceand repairs on building and grounds. Perform preventativemaintenance on batteries, battery chargers, battery racks, and cartsas needed. Train in Hazmat and safety procedures and be respiratorcertified. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:

Refrigeration Maintenance positions require that you meet one of thefollowing:{=html}- Have one (1) year of experience working in Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Preferred

{=html}- You must have three (3) months of refrigeration work history within the last six (6) months to be considered for these positions.

{=html}- If the applicant provides proof of enrollment in Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance OR proof they graduated within the last six months, the requirement for three (3) of the last six (6) months of work history will be waived.
