QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma with at least one year experience in child development to include clerical dutiesStrong interpersonal skills necessary to lead and interact with a wide variety of people including staff, clientele, and the public.Well-Developed oral and written communication skillsMust have proficient computer skills.
Must be highly motivated, organized, able to manage time appropriately, and able to work independently.Ability to lead in a team approach, multitask and delegate as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate and support all staff and programs in the CFRC department (CYO, CS, LTP, COS Parenting CM)Cover Positions as needed for CYO mentor and Community Services Care Manager
Attend and help with preparation for quarterly events.Assist in scheduling activities for the CYO.Precision care data entryClerical support as needed.Tracking of stats for reports (excel, other)Facilitate COS as needed.
ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS
Must have valid NYS Drivers License, an acceptable driving record and adequate insurance.Must comply with all Agency policies and procedures.Required to understand and abide by the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that apply to the program or service that you provide.Required to report any known or suspected violation of laws, regulations, policies, or procedures related to programs, services, agency operations, or personnel of the agency.Required to maintain accurate documentation including, but not limited to, purchase orders, petty cash, expenditures, mileage records, and time sheets.Attend all trainings as necessary for job performance.
