　　Position summary

　　To support our international growth, we are expanding our Professional Services Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of software projects, guiding them from inception to launch in the North American market for international organizations. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of a software solution to meet the needs of our customers.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Ensure the project meets its objectives and aligns with client expectations.

　　Manage the project across its life cycle phases.

　　Define the optimal strategy and approach for delivering project deliverables.

　　Develop and oversee the project's governance.

　　Apply the project management framework and uphold quality standards.

　　Monitor and control project risks, assess impacts, and define risk responses and alternative scenarios.

　　Track issues and ensure the establishment and monitoring of appropriate action plans.

　　Communicate relevant and timely information to stakeholders, ensuring visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks, and issues associated with delivery.

　　Present project status during steering committees to Managing Directors and project sponsors.

　　Act as a liaison between the client's organization and our product team, contributing to the product backlog and influencing the product roadmap priorities.

　　Support the Sales cycle by defining service offers during the RFP process.

　　Coach and mentor other project managers.

　　Requirements

　　Skills and experience

　　3 to 5 years of experience in leading international IT projects (software or infrastructure).

　　Project management skills with proven results of successful implementations (waterfall or agile approach).

　　Fluent in English.

　　Strong service orientation, ability to act in the best interest of the clients.

　　Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

　　Team Player and a natural coach.

　　Can-Do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required.

　　Operate comfortably at management level.

　　Experience in HSE or legal compliance software is a plus.

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, business administration or project management.

　　Project Management certification is a plus (CPM, Prince2, PMP).

　　Process improvement certification is a plus (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

　　Agile certification (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, SSM) is a plus.
