Description Robert Half is looking for a CFO to join our client! The CFO must have an ability to work well with the CEO, board members and other senior executives, as well as strong analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills. Candidates with a combination of industry and public accounting knowledge are preferred. This is the perfect role for an experience CFO looking for a challenging role at an established company.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Recognize and control insurance requirements and business risks

　　Recommend improvements to continue the integrity of a company's financial information

　　Have staff comply with state and federal laws and company's policies

　　Examine the organization's operations and determine if cash flow is appropriate

　　Supervise vendor relationships

　　Preside over independent auditor relationships

　　Sustain relationships with investors and investment institutions

　　Provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions

　　Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades

　　Hire, train and retain finance and accounting staff

　　Manage all finance personnel

　　Supervise accounting policies, procedures and internal controls Requirements - Excellent leadership and organizational skills

　　MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

　　Public accounting experience a plus

　　10+ years' experience in accounting or finance

　　Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

　　5+ years' management experience
