JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible forperforming highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot, repair andmaintain production and facility equipment per safety, predictive andproductive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement ofthe site\'s business goals and objectives. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not allinclusive and may be expanded to include other grinding and mixing, asmanagement may deem necessary from time to time. Perform highlydiversified duties to install and maintain production machines and theplant facility\'s equipment. Provide emergency/ unscheduled repairs ofproduction equipment during production and performs scheduledmaintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanicskills including, but not limited to; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines. Read andinterpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform requiredmaintenance and service. Diagnose problems replace or repair parts, testand adjust accordingly. Perform a regular preventative maintenance andcarpentry functions. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance Use avariety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handlingequipment to proper supervision. Detect faulty operations, defectivematerial, and report those and use unusual situations to propersupervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean andorderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.Completes other duties and projects as assigned by the departmentmanager, including; process improvements, cost savings, andefficiencies. Takes responsibility of work area to produce a safe andquality food product. Reports all food safety related problems tomanager and to QA department to initiate immediate action.
