In thisposition, you will provide physical therapy services to residents,including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation,related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians'orders. 　　Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

　　Associates degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program

　　Successful completion of the National Certification for O.T.A.

　　Current state licensure
