　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of swimming pool health regulations, laws, and ordinances governing public swimming pool operation

　　Good physical condition and stamina required

　　American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate (Lifeguard). Water Safety Instructor Certificate or Starfish/Ellis (Instructors/Coaches)

　　Must be able to work consistently from mid-May through early August 2024 with minimal time off.

　　Personal cell phone is preferred to clock in and out of shifts

　　Assistant Swim / Dive Coach

　　$18.71 Hour; 30-35 hours per week

　　-Assist head coach with practices, meets, and team operations

　　-Maintains a safe and fun learning environment for participants

　　-May perform responsibilities of swim lesson instructor or lifeguard when needed

　　The primary functions of this position is to provide safety and coach or teach aquatic skills and activities. You must be able to resolve conflicts, adapt to participants needs/behaviors, respond to emergency situations and enforce policies and procedures.
