As this is a hybrid position, working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates currently residing in Northeast Ohio.GENERAL SUMMARY:In this role you will be responsible for executing private label retailer programs and products while striving to maximize/balance sales, profit, and manufacturing efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Program/Account Management* Manage assigned account programs from creative to distribution; with evolution to manage larger accounts.* Partner with Sales, Fulfillment, Licensing, Graphics, Samples, Creative, Manufacturing, Global Procurement and others as needed to execute programs from start to finish* Working knowledge of Private label Gift Packaging and Boxed Card market & ability to apply knowledge strategically to assigned accounts (pricing, specs, costs, retails, product mix, price/value)* Stay abreast of the competitive landscape* Recommendations to director: Financial analysis/ Quote recommendations, inflation mitigation as appropriate* Program builds and proofing, graphic proofing, coordination of multiple spec changes to product and programs that support manufacturing efficiencies and flawless execution.* Evaluate trends, POS, marketplace/competitive landscape and market research to make recommendations that will drive retail productivity for assigned accounts* Merchandising, assortment/mix, design mix, format extensions, product specs* Support sales in creating customer sales presentations utilizing industry-leading insights across categories, retailers/channels, demographics, and occasions to preserve our product leadership position.* Manage Assigned Product Line -* Develop Product plan for assigned category* Utilize POS, product placement, trend data, manufacturing capabilities/efficiencies and market research to determine appropriate line size and product direction.* Research and develop product line extensions as appropriate (market research, recommendations, financial checkpoints).* Assist with management of Creative kickoffs, quoting, tracking & sample approval* Execute line planning & kickoffs with necessary partners* Educate the rest of the team regarding new learnings for assigned product line* Assist with management of art process (review, release, proof)* Make recommendations for improving business within product category* Other duties as assignedThis company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, gender, disability or protected veteran status.
