Position Description

　　Immediate opening for a Dedicated Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver in Springfield OR and we want the right Driver to join us at Ryder.

　　Average $1500+ or more per week

　　Average Work Week 35 - 60 Hours

　　Miles Pay: $0.63 per Mile with 1600 Miles Per Week All Miles Paid

　　Doubles Miles Pay: $0.65 Mile

　　Stops Pay: $23.00 per Stop with 12 Stops per Week

　　Deliver to: OR, WA, ID and MT

　　Per Diem Pay: $27.00 per night 2 - 3 nights per Week

　　Sign On Bonus: $1250 pays $625 at 30 days and $625 at 90 days

　　Loyalty Bonus: $1250 pays $625 at 6 months and $625 at 12 months

　　Paid Training

　　Paid Time Off Starts DAY ONE - 80 hours accrued in 1st year

　　Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician

　　Trailer Type: 24', 31', 40', 48' and 53' Dry Van

　　New Sleeper Tractors with Refrigerators

　　Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful

　　Equipment: Manual Pallet Jack

　　Endorsements: Doubles and Hazmat - Within 90 Days of Hire

　　Requirements

　　Minimum 21 years of age

　　Pass a Ryder Drug Test

　　Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

　　Pass a DOT physical

　　Pass a Ryder road test

　　Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

　　Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

　　9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

　　2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

　　5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

　　Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

　　Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

　　Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines

　　Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs

　　Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer

　　Performs other duties as assigned
