We are seeking a Business Analyst - Supply Chain Process Improvement to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business as a remote position.

　　As a Business Analyst in our Supply Chain organization, you will be working with supply chain systems across the global Q² Solutions business units and partnering with internal departments. You will be involved in ensuring global SOPs align with actual business processes.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Assisting with implementations and new feature deployments for supply chain systems across the global Q² Solutions business units.

　　Partnering with IT development and support, supply chain departments (procurement, sourcing, materials management, logistics) and supply chain internal customers (lab operations, clinical trials kitting) to ensure that requirements are captured and integrated into the overall development roadmap.

　　Performing user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support.

　　Assisting in ensuring global SOPs align with actual business processes via editing and/or authoring SOPs.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Bachelor’s or AS degree preferred, but not required.

　　Experience with PeopleSoft preferred and inventory management best practices. Oracle, SAP, and other similar platforms will be considered as well.

　　Experience working with laboratory operations and/or CTM operations.

　　3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics work environment required.

　　The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

　　Project leadership, process improvement, and lean six sigma projects (yellow belt).

　　Supply Chain and warehouse inventory management knowledge and experience.

　　Ability to work with stakeholders in different supply chain departments across our organization. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.

　　Writing and delivering training.

　　Quick learner (PeopleSoft systems).

　　The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $72,800.00 - $109,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
