Job Summary

Battelle is seeking a CBRN Fielding and Training Coordinator . This position is in St. Roberts, MO .

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead the CBRN Support to C2 (CSC2) program fielding and training efforts for new equipment and technology, working closely with program managers, logistics experts, training specialists and service stakeholders

Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and effective fielding and training of new equipment to military personnel

Coordinate and conduct New Material Introductory Briefs (NMIBs) with gaining commands for the CSC2 portfolio of capabilities

Oversee the training and certification of personnel, ensuring they are fully proficient in the use of new equipment

Collaborate with program managers, logistics experts, and training specialists to identify and address potential barriers to successful fielding and training

Ensure that fielding and training plans are in compliance with DoD policies, regulations, and best practices

Prepare and provide regular status updates to senior leadership on the progress of fielding and training efforts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including military personnel, program managers, and contractors

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and fielding to ensure the CSC2's program fielding and training activities are cutting-edge and meet the evolving needs of the warfighter

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience in acquisition, training, and logistics in the DoD or a related field

Strong knowledge of DoD policies, regulations, and best practices for fielding and training

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and on budget

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, including senior leadership

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
