　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Process bankruptcy filings in the correct manner when received

　　Abide by all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations

　　Document all customer payments to the right reports

　　Update customer files to ensure data integrity

　　Ensure the processing of payments

　　Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

　　Head all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines

　　Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, written correspondence, phone contact, and making arrangements for payment

　　Attend to inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence Requirements - 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience

　　Be able to effectively analyze and make decisions on customer accounts

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

　　Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

　　Deep understanding of commercial collections

　　Collection Processes experience desired

　　Commercial collections experience

　　Expertise in consumer collections

　　Previous experience using accounting software
