MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define a medium and long-term plan for key accounts with a clear understanding of their decision-making processes, strategy, and expansion plans.
Develop and lead in execution of brand/category solutions with integrating shoppers and customers/ channel insights.
Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, and customer price of products are achieved for key accounts.
Jointly develop trade/ consumer programmes with Marketing team and drive execution among top 20 customers in MT to meet objectives set by each product brands.
Assess business performance of Nestle products and competitors in key accounts in order to enhance effectiveness of developed trade/ consumer programmes to support volume growth.
Input into innovation/renovation business case such as pack size by channel, pricing, distribution target & trade margin
Develop and maintain business relationships/ partnerships with key accounts.
For each key account:
Define objectives of achieving volume KPIs, CSL (customer service level)
Recommend approach (Ex. delivery frequency, call frequency, working calendar)
Define merchandise policies.
Define retail planogram guidelines.
Define customer trading terms in the commercial planning, following company guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales/marketing or other related fields
Minimum 5 years working experience as the category & channel management or Sales & Marketing Role in FMCG.
Experience working in cross functional teams and managing the agencies.
Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data Analysis and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and high agility
