　　Pay Rates Starting between: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour

　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　The Accounting Associate I is responsible for assisting with multiple functions such as billing, credit & rebills, and EDI billing.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Bill of Lading Entry

　　Sales Order Invoicing

　　Correct and modify invoices

　　Audit invoices for accuracy

　　Interact with sales department to resolve customer related matters

　　Answering Customer or Salesperson inquiries

　　Interact with Credit, AP, and AR on various requests and inquiries

　　Accounts Receivable

　　Credit & Rebills

　　All other duties as assigned by manager

　　Qualifications

　　3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable

　　Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

　　Detail Oriented

　　Experience with billing software
