The Chaplain serves as a role model for Maple Grove Hospital's values and guiding principles. Requirements Education * Master's degree in theology, religion and/or divinity from an accredited institution. * Ecclesiastical endorsement and accountability to a recognized religious authority within one year of hire. * A minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Clinical training.
