　　Overview:

　　The Golf Cart & Range Attendant position is responsible for assisting professional staff and managers with practice facilities, golf carts and clubhouse day-to-day operations.

　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Maintain practice facilities and golf cart fleet on a daily basis.

　　Maintain clubhouse, parking lot and course cleanliness.

　　Maintain washroom cleanliness throughout the course of the shift.

　　Assist Food Services with deliveries and stocking supplies.

　　Demonstrate and support park district customer service standards.

　　Follow district and departmental safety, personnel, and administrative policies, procedures and ordinances.

　　Assist other outside staff with special duties assigned by the professional staff or manager.

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Demonstrate excellent communication skills (i.e., professional ability to promptly and enthusiastically attend to customer needs).

　　Ability to work independently.

　　Ability to manage daily workload without constant supervision.

　　Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns as needed.

　　Ability to learn golf etiquette.

　　Special Considerations:

　　Must be at least 16 years old.

　　Subject to modified/flexible work schedule during high volume work periods.

　　Subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.

　　Occasional exposure to pesticides and exhaust fumes.

　　Ability to lift light to medium weight (20-50 lbs.) objects.
