　　Additional Requirements for Craftworkers:

　　Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite every workday (driver's license not required)

　　Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)

　　May be expected to travel where the project requires (multi-state opportunities)

　　Primary function of a Carpenter Helper: Assists carpenters in the construction, installation, and repair of structures.

　　Typical Duties include but are not limited to:

　　Perform routine duties as directed by the carpenter while keeping the work area clean and restocking supplies and materials as needed.

　　Cut pre-marked material or fixtures using civil equipment and power tools under the supervision of carpenters.

　　Must be safety minded and adhere to all safety policies.

　　Complete all additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

　　Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

　　Must have a minimum 1 year of experience in industrial construction with some experience with Symons and gang forms systems.

　　Must strive to continuously build knowledge and skills

　　Listen and get clarification at all times

　　Welcome feedback from carpenters

　　Must be able to identify hand tools commonly used by carpenters

　　Must be able to describe the use of tools

　　Must be able to state the general safety rules for operating power tools and the safe use of hand tools
