　　Job Title: Carpenter

　　Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Perform drywall repairs

　　Repair floors (linoleum, carpeting, tile, etc.)

　　Repair and/or replace faucets and related components.

　　Hang doors and associated hardware

　　Minor plumbing repairs

　　General building maintenance and repairs

　　Maintains effective communications with team and customers.

　　Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

　　Provide own hand tools.

　　Concrete pads/repairs.

　　T-Bar ceilings.

　　Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

　　Possess knowledge of commercial construction, maintenance and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.

　　Read blueprints.

　　5 years general carpentry experience with proficient experience in operating various hand power tools.

　　Possess mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates.

　　Must be able to move/lift heavy objects, climb vertical ladders and work at various heights.

　　Valid driver’s license.

　　Must be willing to submit to a drug screen/background check.

　　Must have a minimum of 5 years in all phases of commercial/residential construction and / or maintenance and able to understand verbal and written instructions.
