Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions ofthe Job: Documentation Author and maintain project documentation (budgetschedule, project list, DWF\'s, project reports, etc.). Build andmaintain R&D program reports. Project Management Organize the design,build and testing of R&D equipment. Interacts with engineers, assemblypersonnel and technicians to ensure milestones are completed on time andall issues are resolved timely and within budget. Responsible for allphases of testing including communication with key stake holders anddocumentation of results. Oversees that all project modifications areproperly documented, engineering specifications and drawings are updatedfor all changes. Scheduling In conjunction with Innovation Team, theproject coordinator participates in creating the project schedule withmilestones highlighted and responsibilities are assigned. Communicatesthe schedule and any changes thereof to key stakeholders. CommunicationThe project coordinator is the central point of communication with theInnovation Team, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and technicalservices. The project coordinator monitors and manages all aspects ofthe project while interacting with all team members through email,direct conversation, status reports, team meetings and timeline updates.Occasional Job Responsibilities: n/a Job Requirements: Bachelor\'sDegree in Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent academicand practical experience. Requires 2-3 years of project or designengineering experience, 4+ years of experience preferred. PMI-basedproject management experience among commercial projects or technologydevelopment initiatives, desired. Requires strong knowledge ofconverting equipment design principles. Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, and the ability to present findings in a group.Ability to effectively utilize complex software for design, problemsolving, and documentation.
