  As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a TBS Quality Excellence Team Specialist – Finance with a passion for quality , digital solutions, and helping patients.

  This is a vital role within the TBS Finance Solutions function— consisting of dynamic teams within Takeda Business Solutions. Finance Solutions provides services in accounting policy & controls – fixed asset & capital accounting – accounting & reporting – intercompany accounting – travel & expense – treasury & cash management – product costing & inventory accounting – and invoice to cash.

  As a TBS Quality Excellence Team Specialist – Finance , you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities of the centralized finance queries while ensuring a customer-oriented environment, promoting strong internal collaboration, and coordinating and supporting effective communication between agents, users, and managers to prevent escalations from happening. You will identify opportunities for refinement of and executing continuous improvement opportunities as they relate to processes and systems, providing analysis and recommendations to improve Finance metrics and compliance.

  Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  Manage all finance-related queries & escalations received through the Takeda Solutions Portal (TSP).

  Resolve day-to-day operational issues by prioritizing needs and developing corrective and preventive action plans.

  Coordinate the resolution of queries and escalations, in collaboration with wider finance solutions teams and other relevant teams, while maintaining accountability for timely resolution.

  Lead user onboarding and baseline training for Takeda employees in the Finance department, including ad-hoc dropping sessions.

  Develop and implement processes and procedures to prevent similar escalations in the future.

  Utilize case management to ensure timely responses, achieve internal service level agreements, and measure productivity.

  Analyze system data proactively to identify trends and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.

  Work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines and time constraints; open to an environment where things change constantly.

  Manage and execute proximity activities related to training, knowledge, or escalations. Identify proximity opportunities for collaboration.

  Communicate with users and stakeholders on quality-related issues, corrections, and initiatives, and agree on improvement actions. Promote Quality and People Experience (Px) culture among TBS agents.

  Required qualifications:

  Minimum of 3 years in Finance operational activities is required.

  Detailed expertise in Finance processes, including proficiency in SAP, Blackline, and resolving escalations related to these areas.

  Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

  Project management skills, including Agile, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.

  Excellent time management, public speaking, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.

  Stakeholder management and relationship building across all levels of the organization to comprehend stakeholder needs and requirements.

  Experience in project improvement initiatives and methodologies (Yellow Belt/Kaizen).

  Interpersonal skills and a confident approach to building partnerships among colleagues.

  Ability to work in an international, remote, team-based environment with strong intercultural skills.

  High attention to detail.

  Proficient in English. Spanish and Portuguese would be an advantage.
