From the Heart requires a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background check.  Applicants who have not lived in the state of PA for the last 2 years upon hire will be required to have an FBI clearance done.  A Childline clearance is required if there is a child living in the home.Also required is one of the following: a two-step TB test, a chest x-ray specific to rule out TB, or a QuantiFERON gold tb test.  All of the above required testing is at the expense of the applicant. Additional requirements:
