JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Caregiver for Memory Care supports our mission andvalues by assisting residents with personal care such as dressing,grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence,according to resident service plan and established procedures. What willI do in the Caregiver role? Assist or supervise residents with personalcare in a way that supports the highest level of independence. Observeand report changes in resident condition to supervisor and/or AssistantDirector of Nursing. Provide timely, accurate documentation forindividual service plans, medication records, and activity records.Supervise self-administration or administer medications per physicianorder. Assist with daily housekeeping chores to maintain a clean, safeenvironment. Sort laundry as needed. Assist with meal preparation,serving and cleaning of kitchen and dining room. Plan, conduct andsupport leisure activities as identified on individualized serviceplans. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in aresident care position preferred. Able to work independently and makedecisions within set guidelines.
