　　Position Summary Information

　　Job Description Summary

　　Act as senior clinical support person on Care Team. Delegates work as necessary. Provide direct nursing care and patient education to meet the needs of client population; assist other nursing staff members and department providers in the provision of quality care.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Graduation from a State approved School of Nursing (RN) with or permit or license to practice with 1-3 years of clinical or physician’s office experience. Current CPR certification and Infection Control Certification.

　　Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to empathize; service-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to work well with people at all levels.

　　Licensure RN (Registered Nurse)

　　Education Level Technical Certification

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Bi-lingual proficiency preferred.

　　Physical Demands

　　Ambulatory – 95%

　　Sedentary- 5%

　　Subject to stress and Fatigue

　　Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination when working with patients and equipment.

　　Subject to repeated bending, squatting and stooping.

　　Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range

　　Pay Range: $79,040 – $82,992 annually

　　This is a 40 hour per week position. Quick Care is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm and Saturday 12pm – 8pm. Evenings and Saturdays may be required.
